Currently, I’m an Analytics Business Partner on the People Team at Atlassian. I’m also a Lecturer at San Jose State University teaching core HR and statistics classes. I find it exciting to bring my scientist-practitioner background to the classroom and watch my students grasp the competencies of fundamental business principles.
Previously, I was on the People Analytics team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and was a Data Scientist/Consultant at Aon helping companies elevate their HR strategy. I enjoyed working with clients to identify and mitigate potential pay equity gaps within their organizations. Some other projects I worked on included workforce planning, organizational risk assessments, benchmarking, and automating existing business processes with Python.
